Revista <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/makezine.com\/\">Make:<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>a scris un articol foarte util despre modelarea acestui material versatil, pe care noi l-am tradus \u00een speran\u021ba c\u0103 v\u0103 va fi de folos \u00een proiectele voastre personale.<\/p>\n<p>Sticla acrilic\u0103 este un plastic minunat ce poate fi folosit \u00een tot soiul de proiecte. Vine \u00een variant\u0103 transparent\u0103 sau colorat\u0103 \u0219i poate fi frezat\u0103, t\u0103iat\u0103 la laser, \u00eenc\u0103lzit\u0103 \u0219i \u00eendoit\u0103 \u00een aproape orice form\u0103.<\/p>\n<h3>Tipuri de\u00a0plexiglas<\/h3>\n<p>Sticla acrilic\u0103 vine \u00een dou\u0103 variante: extrudat \u0219i turnat. De\u0219i arat\u0103 identic, exist\u0103 motive pentru a alege dintre ele bazate pe planurile voastre de fabrica\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Noi folosim in mod uzual placi de plexiglas de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fabtech.ro\/plexiglas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FabTech.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Extrudat<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Plexiglas-ul\u00a0extrudat are o temperatur\u0103 de topire mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea a plexi-ului\u00a0turnat, ceea ce \u00eel face ideal pentru t\u0103ierea vectorial\u0103 cu laserul. De\u0219i succesul acestui exerci\u021biu necesit\u0103 experien\u021b\u0103, \u201eperierea\u201d u\u0219oar\u0103 a marginilor folosind flac\u0103ra unei tor\u021be cu gaz le face s\u0103 se topeasc\u0103, d\u00e2ndu-le o \u00eenf\u0103\u021bi\u0219are transparent\u0103, lustruit\u0103. Dac\u0103 ai un cuptor electric, regleaz\u0103-l la 200 de grade \u0219i las\u0103 u\u0219a \u00eentredeschis\u0103. Pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 partea de \u00eendoit a piesei din plexi\u00a0peste u\u0219a deschis\u0103, a\u0219teapt\u0103 ca plasticul s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie destul, apoi \u00eendoaie-l la unghiul potrivit. \u00cen lipsa unui cuptor electric, se poate folosi (cu grij\u0103!) un pistol cu aer cald pentru a \u00eenc\u0103lzi plexiglassul. C\u00e2nd folosi\u021bi aceste metode improvizate, \u00eendoi\u021bi plexi-ul\u00a0cu marginea unei piese de lemn sau metal pentru margini drepte \u0219i curate.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fablab.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/bendingsmall.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3032 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fablab.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/bendingsmall.png\" alt=\"bendingsmall\" width=\"153\" height=\"110\" \/><\/a>\u00cendoirea pieselor mici<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 \u00eendoi buc\u0103\u021bi mici \u0219i sub\u021biri de plexiglas, po\u021bi folosi corpul unui letcon pe post de \u00eenc\u0103lzitor. Pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 letconul cu m\u00e2nerul \u00een suport, bag\u0103-l \u00een priz\u0103 \u0219i folose\u0219te un set de m\u00e2ini ajut\u0103toare pentru a \u021bine bucata de plexi deasupra letconului. (tel: 0728874496 sau trimite-ne informatiile direct pe mail: productie@fablab.ro)<\/p>\n<p>In cazul in care folosim tehnica manuala urmatoarele etape sunt esentiale:<\/p>\n<p>Pentru t\u0103ieri drepte \u00een sticl\u0103 acrilic\u0103, un cu\u021bit de marcat plasticul poate fi folosit. Cu o margine dreapt\u0103 pe post de ghid, trage lama c\u0103tre tine, crest\u00e2nd materialul. Cresteaz\u0103 de mai multe ori peste aceea\u0219i linie, apoi pune plexiul\u00a0pe marginea unei mese \u0219i aplic\u0103 pu\u021bin\u0103 presiune pentru a rupe bucata \u00een dou\u0103.<br \/>\nPlexiglasul\u00a0se poate t\u0103ia \u0219i folosind instrumente tradi\u021bionale precum fer\u0103str\u0103ul mecanic, fer\u0103str\u0103ul-panglic\u0103 sau un fer\u0103str\u0103u circular de mas\u0103. Spre deosebire de alte procedee de lipire, adezivul pentru\u00a0plexiglas\u00a0\u00eenmoaie suprafe\u021bele materialului\u00a0\u0219i le sudeaz\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103, \u00eembin\u00e2nd chimic piesele \u00eentr-una singur\u0103.<br \/>\nPentru a lipi plexiul\u00a0cu adeziv pe baz\u0103 de solvent, e nevoie de un aplicator cu v\u00e2rf sub\u021bire. Pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 plexiglasul pe marginea dorit\u0103, \u0219i pune v\u00e2rful aplicatorului de adeziv acolo unde cele dou\u0103 piese de plastic se unesc. Str\u00e2nge \u00eencet de aplicator \u00een timp ce \u00eel tragi spre tine. Ac\u021biunea capilar\u0103 va trage adezivul \u00een articula\u021bie. \u021aine piesele fixate pe loc timp de c\u00e2teva minute (ni\u0219te cle\u0219ti de prindere ajut\u0103 foarte mult) apoi las\u0103 adezivul s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze timp de 10-15 minute \u00eenainte de a mi\u0219ca piesele. Pentru a preveni cr\u0103p\u0103turile, a\u0219eaz\u0103 plexiul\u00a0pe o bucat\u0103 plat\u0103 de sticl\u0103 \u00eentr-un cuptor industrial (nu \u00een cel din buc\u0103t\u0103rie!) la aproximativ 82 de grade Celsius pe o durat\u0103 de c\u00e2te o or\u0103 pentru fiecare milimetru de grosime a materialului; apoi permite-i s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 \u00een aer liber. Dac\u0103 placa este sub\u021bire, folose\u0219te un burghiu \u00een trepte. Dac\u0103 lucrezi cu o bucat\u0103 groas\u0103 de\u00a0plexiglas, po\u021bi folosi burghie obi\u0219nuite dac\u0103 ini\u021bial plasezi band\u0103 adeziv\u0103 de h\u00e2rtie peste suprafa\u021ba de g\u0103urire. Dac\u0103 gaura va fi de diametru \u0219i mai mare, folose\u0219te un spray WD-40 pentru a lubrifia.
